摘要
目的探讨前路减压、植骨融合及ZPlate钢板内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折并截瘫的临床效果。方法对48例胸腰椎骨折患者采用前路减压、植骨及ZPlate钢板固定术。结果随访6~42个月,平均18个月。伤椎高度恢复90%36例,恢复80%12例,无钢板螺钉断裂和松动现象。术后脊髓神经功能按Flankel分级,除A级9例未能恢复外,其余恢复1~2级。结论ZPlate钢板系统具有操作简单、固定牢靠、合并症少、生物相容性好等优点,是治疗胸腰椎骨折较理想的内固定系统。
Objective:To study the clinical outcome of thoracolumbar fractures treated by anterior route decompression bone graft and internal fixation by Z Plate system. Method: Forty eight cases of thoracolumbar fracture with spinal cord injuries were studied. All cases were operated upon by anterior decompression,reduction, autogenous iliac grafting and fixation by Z Plate fixation system. Result:All cases were followed up for 6 to 42 months with an average of 18 months.No complications occurred,such as breaking of the plate and screw, 36 cases of the height of fracture vertebra were recovered 90%, 12 cases were recovered 80%.All the patients were recovered 1 to 2 Frankel grades, except 8 cases whose spinal function were A grade.Conclusion:Z plate system has the advantages of simple manipulation, intrinsic stability, less complications and good biocompatibility, and had good internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
