摘要
用富铈混合稀土对ZL102合金进行变质处理。试验温度为770℃左右,变质剂加入量为0.05~0.6%。结果表明:在稀土加入量为0.2~0.4%范围,初晶α和共晶硅均明显细化,其σ_b,HB等机械性能得到提高。
The ZL102 Al-Si alloy is modified with mixed rare earth rich in Cerium in this papev. The experiment al temperature is about 770℃ and the added quantity of modi fier is 0.05%-0.6%. the experimental results show that When the added quantity of modifier is 0.2~0.4%, the α-Al grain and eutectic Si grain refine obviously and the mechanical properties such as σ_b and HB ave enhanced respectively.
