银杏叶聚戊烯醇联合^(60)Co放疗Heps荷瘤鼠的药效研究 被引量:10

The Effect of ^(60)Co Radiotherapy in Combination with Polyprenol from Ginkgo Biloba L in Mice Transplanted Heps

摘要 从银杏叶中分离聚戊烯醇有效部位,选择肝癌实体型(Heps),以5,10和20mg/kg不同剂量的聚戊烯醇,分别联合60CO放疗Heps荷瘤鼠,并与60CO单独放疗Heps进行对比,分析抑瘤效果。结果5,10和20mg/kg的聚戊烯醇,分别联合60CO放疗Heps荷瘤鼠,对Heps的抑瘤率分别为67.33%,60.96%和57.69%,都明显高于60CO单独放疗Heps的抑瘤率(54.58%),尤其低剂量的聚戊烯醇联合60CO放疗效果最好。结论银杏叶聚戊烯醇联合60CO放疗Heps荷瘤鼠,可明显提高60CO单独放疗Heps的抑瘤效果。 To study the pharmacologic effect on mice transplanted Heps for 60 C O radiotherapy in combination with polyprenol, Polyprenol separated and purified from ginkgo biloba L were administered in combination with 60 C O for different doses of 5 ,10 and 20 mg/kg respectively,in contrast with 60 C O radiotherapy alone. The inhibition of nodules on Heps was analysed. The inhibition of nodules on Heps was 67.33% ,60.96% and 57.69% for 60 C O radiotherapy with 5,10 and 20 mg/kg respectively,which were higher apparently than 60 C O radiotherapy alone(54.58%). In particular the lower doses of polyprenol with 60 C O radiotherapy had the best therapeutic effect. The result showed that polyprenol can raise apparently the inhibition on mice transplanted Heps and decrease side effects with 60 C O radiotherapy while compared with 60 C O radiotherapy alone.
