A Method of Numerical Calculation of Three-dimensional Flow Field

摘要 本文利用压力修正法对三维湍流N-S方程求数值解,求解过程中采用控制容积法、混合格式、交错网格、欠松驰因子等技术手段保证迭代收敛,求解过程编制成一个计算机软件,并对连铸机中间包内钢水流动作了计算,结果与实际钢水流动相当吻合。 The numerical resolution of the three-dimensional turbulent N-S equation is obtained by the semi-impilicit method for pressure linked equations revised and the following technical measures are adopted to assure the convegence of iterative process, the control volume, the mixingformat, the alternating mesh, under-relaxation factors. This calculating process is worked out into aprocedure of a program. The program is used in the flow of molten steel in slab caster tundish. The calculated result is in agreement with that real flow of molten steel.
