摘要
在使用电渣熔铸方法生产变截面复杂铸件的过程中,经常会发生结晶器被侵蚀甚至击穿的重大事故。为此对熔铸系统进行了热电场耦合模拟研究,获得了在不同的渣深和不同偏心度的情况下熔铸系统中的电流分配以及温度场分布特点,发现采用较深的渣池是结晶器内壁被击穿的主要原因。
In the process of making the complex and various sections casting by electroslag casting method, it will frequently occur serious accidents that the crystal instrument would be always destroyed. The casting system′s thermoelectricity field was studied by coupling simulating met hod, and the characteristic of the current distribute and field temperature was gained under the different slag deepness and offset distance,and we have also found the main reason why crystal instrument was destroyed by deep slag pool.
