摘要 血管内栓塞疗法是脑动静脉畸形 (cerebralarteriovenousmalformation ,AVM)的治疗方法之一。目前应用最广泛的液体栓塞剂是正丁基 2 氰基丙烯酸酯 (n butyl 2 cyanoacrylate ,NBCA)。但是NBCA具有很强的黏附性 ,栓塞过程中容易使导管粘连于动脉 ,导致严重的并发症 ;另外 ,用于溶解NBCA的有机溶剂可造成AVM周围脑组织的损害。近几年研制的各种非黏附性液体栓塞剂正在应用于临床 ,本文综述了目前研制和开发的处于实验阶段和 Endovascular embolotherap y is one of the treatments of cerebral arterio venous malformation (AVM). N-butyl 2-cyanoacrylate (NBCA) is widely used to oc c lude the AVM. But NBCA sometimes glues the microcatheter to the artery, resultin g in serious complications,in addition, the organic solvents used to dissolve NBCA may cause the surrounding brain tissue damage of the AVM. In recent years, several kinds of non-adhesive liquid agents have been developed and are being used cli nically. In this assay, the author reviewed several kinds of non-adhesive liqui d agents used in experiment stage and/or clinically.
