摘要
讨论了TiMn0.85Cr0.35V0.3合金的活化性能和吸放氢性能。活化性能的结果表明:合金表面氧化层的形成是影响合金活化的重要因素。空气中暴露30d的TiMn0.85Cr0.35V0.3合金粉,在P=1MPa,T=293K下,经几次活化循环后即可基本完全活化。PCT结果表明:退火处理可明显改善该合金的储氢性能。在1223K下退火6h的该合金在273K时的有效放氢量Ce、吸氢平台压力Pa和放氢平台压力Pd分别为1.55%(质量分数)、0.141MPa和0.112MPa。符合作为燃料电池供氢源的应用要求。
Activation and hydrogen absorption-de sorption properties of the alloy TiMn0.85Cr0.35V0.3 are discussed. Activation results show that the formation of surface oxide layer is an important factor in affecting activation behavior of this alloy. When exposed to air for 30 days before activation, TiMn0.85Cr0.35V0.3 Can be fully activated by several activation cycles of P=1 MPa and T=293 K. Press-composition-temperature(PCT) results indicate that the hydrogen ab sorption-desorption properties of TiMn0.85Cr0.35V0.3 alloy can be significantly improved by an annealing treatment. After annealing for 6 h at 1 223 K, the effective hydrogen desorption capacity (C-e), hydrogen absorption plateau pressure (P-a) and hydrogen desorption plateau pressure (P-d) of this alloy are 1.55wt%, 1.41 X 10(5) Pa and 1.12 X 10(5) Pa, respectively, at 273 K, making it suitable for hydrogen storage tanks for fuel cells.
