网络化制造企业资源计划系统的建模与研究

Model Building and Research of NERP System for Net-Manufacturing Enterprises Resource Planning

分析了网络化制造企业资源计划(NERP)的基本原理和实施的相关问题,构建了一个针对制造业的NERP体系的完整框架(包括各个子系统的功能及详细菜单),建立了人力资源系统和制造系统的部分数据库,实现了具体功能,并实现了网上交互操作,从而为制造企业对企业资源实现最优控制做出了有效的探索。

In this paper, fundamental principles of NERP and some questions about carrying out NERP are analyzed. Furthermore, a framework of NERP is built. It includes the detailed menus of sub-systems, basic databases of manpower system and manufacturing system, realizes some functions of the two sub-systems, and realizes alternating operations through network, thus provides a peek into the way on which manufacturing enterprises take good control of enterprise resources.
