摘要
本文进行了Cao基渣系对铁水同时脱硫脱磷的全面研究。得到了适应于铁水溶液的硫、磷活度系数的计算式,CaO—CaF_2-SiO_2渣系的磷酸盐容量和渣组成的关系;并建立氧位和脱硫脱磷间的关系。由此提出了脱硫脱磷反应的理论限度。
Simultaneous removal of P and S from hot metal is systematically studied with CaO-based slags. Fundamental researches include the expressions for activity coefficients of P and S specially used in hot metal solution; the composition dependence of the phosphate capacity of CaO-CaF_2-SiO_2 slags; and the relationships between distribution ratios of P and S and oxygen potential.
