摘要
在三叉杆式万向联轴器有关移动副运动分析的基础上,充分考虑到机构制造和安装的不精确性,以及运动副轴承的间隙等因素,进行了三叉杆式万向联轴器与移动副有关的运动误差分析。结果表明,可通过合理选取各种结构参数,使运动精度在允许的范围之内。
On the basis of kinematic analysis of the tripod universal joint, this paper analyses the motion errors about the slide pair of this system, which related to the format error, installation error and bearing clearance, and so on. The results indicate that the kinematic precision can keep in the right range by choosing the structural parameters correctly.
