摘要 本文通过双曲扁壳零件对覆盖件局部凹痕抗力进行了系统研究。针对深拉深板、烘烤硬化板和含磷高强板3个级别的汽车薄钢板系统地研究了板材厚度、屈服强度和扁壳曲率对覆盖件局部凹痕抗力影响 ,以及烘烤硬化、加工硬化等强化机制对提高覆盖件局部凹痕抗力发挥的作用。 This study investigates the dent resistance of doubly-curved panels formed using several grades of sheet materials, including DDQ, BH and HSS steels. The effects of sheet thickness, yield strength as well as shell curvature on dent resistance of the panels have been considered. Based on the strengthening mechanisms such as work-hardening and bake -hardening, improvements in dent resistance have also been illustrated.
