摘要
多道次拉深旋压成形工艺复杂 ,工艺参数的选取及其之间的匹配直接影响着旋压件的成形质量和尺寸精度 ,因此 ,研究不同工艺参数对应力应变分布的影响 ,对于提高成形件质量和成形极限具有重要意义。本文采用弹塑性有限元法对多道次拉旋成形过程进行了模拟 ,讨论了不同工艺参数对应力应变分布的影响规律。本文的研究结果为工艺参数的确定与优化提供了依据。
Multi-process draw-spinning (MPDS) process is affected by several process parameters and the forming mechanism is complex. To properly determine the processing parameters is fundamental to the quality and size precision of the spun parts. Therefore, it is important to investigate the effects of parameters on the forming process in order to produce high quality product. The paper represents an investigation by elasto-plastic finite element to the multi-process draw-spinning, and illustrates comparisons of distributions of stress and strain affected by different parameters occurred during the process.
