摘要
本文简要回顾了压边力控制技术的最新进展 ,重点分析了一种新型多点变压的压边力控制系统的工作原理 ,该压边控制系统的特点是能够提供随压制行程和随法兰位置变化的压边力。最后对铝合金阶梯盒形件进行了拉深实验 ,结果表明 ,该压边控制系统具有很好的变压效果。
In this paper, the recent development of blank holding force control technology is summarized, and the principle of a new multipoint blank holding force control system is analyzed. The characteristic of the system is that the blank holding force can vary both with the stroke distance and with the flange location at the same time. In the end of this paper, deep drawing of a staircase box made from aluminum alloy is carried out, and the results show good performance of the blank holding force control system.
