摘要 本文基于行程控制的轴类零件校直工艺公式 ,构建了模拟轴类零件校直工艺过程的广义预测控制模型 ,应用广义预测算法 ,实现了对轴类零件弹塑性非线性残余变形的均匀控制 ,实验研究表明 ,该方法能满足精密校直要求 ,并且随着控制步长的增多 ,控制效果显著。 Although experience is the important method in the shaft parts straightening multi-steps technology at present, easily programmed and simple carried out Parts material bad harmonious and axis curve variously make the method only in the automatic straightening process for the simple large-scale simple parts General predictive control has been utilized in many fields, but few papers report the plastic deformation predictive control The new shaft parts straightening technology general predictive model has been built up based on stroke controlled shaft parts straightening technology equation in this paper, and nonlinear control for the same remainder deformation has been brought about according to the general predictive algorithm The experiment shows that the algorithm can meet precise straightening quality, and the control effect will be better with control steps increased
