介绍了一种基于单片机的模糊逻辑控制和多点温度设定新型数字温控系统。该系统硬件主要由单片机、热电阻和A/D转换芯片等构成,通过软件编程实现模糊逻辑控制和多点式线性逼近的方法,使得升温过程更加均匀、精确,升温曲线更具有线性。该设计具有线路简单、精度高、响应快、显示直观、使用方便等特点。
A fuzzy logic control and multi-temperature setting temperature control system basedon MCU is introduced. The system is composed of MCU, thermal resistance and A/D converter. Thesystem uses the method of fuzzy logic control and multi-temperature setting through softwareprogramming. It makes the temperature rise process more accurate, and the temperature rise curvemore linear. And the design is simple, convenient, intuitionistic and it has high degree of accuracyand response.
