摘要
研究了合成载氧体的金属有机化学液相淀积法制造工艺。经TEM,XPS,Mossbauer谱,B-H仪等手段研究了产物的结构和磁性能。实验表明,酞菁钴以薄层形式包覆在Fe_3O_4的表面,封闭了Fe_3O_4的表面孔洞,稳定了Fe_3O_4的物相,增加了磁性能。
This paper Studies the producing process of Synthetic Oxygen Carriers With the method of metallorganic Liquid deposition. The structur and magnetic properties of the products obtained are measured by TEM XPS. Mossbauer. The results show that phthalocyanine cobaltic (Pc) cover the. surfacc of Fe_3O_4 in thin lager, seals the surface holes of Fe_3O_4 and stabilizes the phase of Fe_3O_4 increases it's magnetic properties
