摘要
分析了图像直方图均衡增强算法中信息损失的内在机理,提出基于自适应局部灰度修正的直方图均衡算法。首先对图像作常规直方图均衡处理,然后分析比较处理后图像和原图的梯度变化,以此为依据对图像作局部灰度修正,从而减小直方图均衡处理过程中信息损失的程度,最后通过实验验证了算法的有效性。
The reason of information losing in image histogram equalization is analyzed and a new histogram equalization algorithm based on adaptive local gray level modification is proposed. The algorithm can enhance the image contrast and hold the detail simultaneously. Furthermore, the proposed approach is simple and easy to perform. Experimental results show that it is effective.
