一氧化氮与绝经后骨质疏松症关系的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 为观察一氧化氮 (NO)在绝经后骨质疏松症发病中的作用 ,选择绝经后妇女 6 4例 ,测定其血清中NO含量、雌二醇 (E2 )含量以及L2~ 4椎体正位骨密度 (BMD) ,结果显示NO、E2 含量均低于正常参考值 ,且差别有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,NO、E2 同BMD三者之间呈正相关 ,且相关性具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。说明E2 的水平可以影响NO在血清中的含量 。 In order to observe the role of NO in the attack of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO), the serum levels of NO and E2 and the BMD in the anteroposterior L1-L4 vertebral bodies of the 64 selected postmenopausal women were determined. The results showed that the NO and E2 levels in PMO were lower than the normal references with a great significance (P < 0.01); and there is a positive correlation among NO, E2 and BMD with a statistical significance (P < 0.01) , suggesting that the E2 level may affect the serum NO level, and both of them participate in the physiopathological process of osteoporosis.
