摘要 通过冷模实验及对实际生产参数的测试,对SLC型分解炉热工特性进行研究。研究结果表明,SLC型分解炉气固两相流可分为五个区域:喷泉区、涡流区、回流区、稳流区和旋流区;三次风温直接影响喷腾床煤粉的燃烧速度;当恰当控制分解炉与空气喂煤量的比值,可降低熟料的烧成热耗。文章还分析和讨论了SLC型分解炉热工特性与结皮的关系,并提出防治措施。 Based on the cold model experiment and according to the data measured at the workshop,the thermal characteristics of SLC ca lcinators are studied in this paper.The results show that the gas-solid flow in SLC calcinators is divided into fire regions:the spouting region,the eddy region,the back-flow rigion the steady flow region and the swirling flow region.The temperature of ter- tiary air influences directly on the burning rate of coal dust in the spouting bed.When the burning ratio of fuel introduced to the calcinator and the firing hood is properly controled,the heat con- sumption of the clinker can be decreased.The relatiouship between the thermal regulation of SLC calcinators and coating formation has been analyzed and discussed,and precautionary measures have also been proposed in this paper.
