局部急冷磨削表面残余应力的研究

摘要 残余应力的性质与大小直接影响零件的物理机械性能。采用局部急冷新工艺进行磨削试验,结果表明可使零件表面获得残余压应力,为控制与调整已加工表面应力状态、提高零件表面质量提供了一条有效的途径。 The physical and mechanical property of components are affected directly by the property of residual stresses.In this paper,a first grinding test in partial rapid- cold method has been made.Experimental results show that residual compressive stress- es in the surface of specimens can be obtained.Thus,an effective method for control- ling and adjusting the residual stresses in the ground surface and for improving the sur- face quality of specimens is presented.
