梭状芽孢杆菌L—Ⅱ对有机酸和醇类代谢的研究

摘要 本文对梭状芽孢杆菌L一Ⅱ代谢利用有机酸和醇类进行了研究。研究结果表明,梭状芽孢杆L一Ⅱ能很好地利用乙酸、丙酸、丁酸以及乙醇和丙醇。当以乙醇和乙酸为底物时,其主要产物为了酸和己酸;当以乙醇和丙酸为底物时,其主要产物为戊酸、庚酸;当以丙醇和乙酸为底物时,其主要产物为丙酸、戊酸、丁酸以及己酸。 The aim of this paper is to study the carbon—containing substrate range ofClostridium L—Ⅱ.The results show that acetate,propinate,butyrate,ethanol andpropanol can be utilized well by clostridium L—Ⅱ.It grows with ethanol and acetate,the principal products are butyrate and hexanoate.When grown with ethanol andpropinate,the principal products are valerate and heptanoate.It grows on acetate withpropanol replacing ethanol,the principal products are propionate,valerate,butyrate andhexanoate.All of these can be useful in scientific research and production of highly fla-vored type Chinese spirits.
