摘要
采用一定比例的TiO_2、Cr_2O_3和Al粉还原法对普通碳钢(FlOA、45)进行了粉末钛铬共渗的研究。在1000℃、4h条件下,能得到较佳的共渗层,其表面硬度可达1500~2000Hv_(0.1),耐磨、抗氧化、抗腐蚀性能均有显著提高。共渗层可进行热处理,渗层组织结构不变,基体性能却大大提高。
A study is made of the layers in plain carbon steels T10A and 45 titano-chromized at high temperature via the reduction of TiO_2 and Cr_2O_3 powders blendedwith Al additive.A diffusional layer with high hardness of 1500~2000Hv0.1,andwith good resistance to wear,oxidation and corrosion can be obtained by titano—chromization at 1000℃ for 4h.The structure of the layers is found unchanged by thesubsequent heat treatments employed to improve the machanical properties of the ma-trix.
