摘要
本文用辉光离子氮化炉进行离子渗铝工艺探讨。研究了工业纯铁、20钢、45钢辉光离子渗铝层生长规律,测定了渗层铝浓度分布和显微硬度分布。结果得出了完全可以利用辉光离子氮化炉进行离子渗铝,实现一炉多作用离子轰击大大加速渗铝过程的重要结论。
In this paper,the technology of ion aluminizing is researched by means ofglow ion nitriding furnace.The growing principle of aluminizing layer is given for in-got iron,steel 20 and 45.The aluminium concentration in the layer and the micro-hardness are tested and the tested values are compared with low pressure gas aluminiz-ing without glow discharge.It is proved that the glow ion nitriding furnace can be em-ployed in ion aluminizing.The conclusion is attained that one furnace can be used inseveral ways and ion bambardment can quicken the aluminizing process.
