尘螨变应原疫苗脱敏治疗对支气管哮喘患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞表达的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨特异性尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射治疗对尘螨过敏性支气管哮喘患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞表达的影响。方法:尘螨变应原皮试阳性的过敏性支气管哮喘患者86例,于尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射治疗前及疗程结束后分别取外周血,测定外周血单个核细胞中Th1/Th2细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN鄄γ)、白细胞介素(IL鄄4)和IL鄄5mRNA表达及血浆中上述细胞因子的表达。结果:特异性尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射治疗疗程结束后,Th1细胞因子IFN鄄γ及其mRNA表达显著增加,而Th2细胞因子IL鄄4、IL鄄5及其mRNA表达显著下降。结论:特异性尘螨变应原疫苗治疗过敏性支气管哮喘可显著纠正Th1/Th2细胞表达细胞因子功能的失衡,减轻患者的变态反应性炎症。 Objective:To study the effect of specific allergen vaccination of dust mite on Th1 and Th2 cell expression in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: Eighty-six allergic patients with the positive skin test of dust mite were injected subcutaneously with dust mite allergen vaccine. The mRNA expression of IL-4, IL-5 and INF-γ in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) and these cytokines in peripheral blood were detected and compared before and after the specific allergen vaccination. Results:After the subcutaneous injection of dust mite allergen vaccine, INF-γ and its mRNA expression, mainly from Th1 cell, increased(P < 0.01), and IL-4, IL-5 and their mRNA expression, mainly from Th2 cell, decreased(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The functions of Th1 and Th2 cell of cytokines expression may be rebalanced after the treatment with specific mite dust allergen vaccination in the patients with allergic asthma caused by dust mites.
