摘要
染料的染色牢度 ,主要取决于染料的结构特征和染色工艺的准确性。该文分析了影响还原、分散、活性染料染色牢度的主要因素 ,并提出了具体的改进措施。在实际生产中 ,应根据客户的具体要求 ,认真选择染料 ,并正确制订和落实染色工艺 。
Whether vat dye, disperse dye or reactive dye, the color fastness mainly depended on dye structure and dyeing process. The main factors affecting the color fastness of disperse and reactive dyes were analyzed and the detailed measures were also presented. The ideal color and color fastness will be achieved based on suitable dyes selection and correct dyeing process.
