西双版纳管蓟马亚科种类及二新种记述(缨翅目:管蓟马科)

NOTES ON SOME PHLAEOTHRIPINAE SPECIES FROM XISHUANGBANN A,WITH DESCRIPTIONS OF TWO NEW SPECIES (THYSAMPOPTERA: PHLAEOTHRIPIDAE)

本文记述云南省西双版纳的缨翅目(Thysanoptera)管蓟马亚科(Phlaeothripinae)共31种,其中发现1中国新记录种Xylaplothrips pictipcs(Bagnall)和2新种:Lecuuenia flavioornataZhang et Tong;Praepodothrips y?nanensis Zhang et Tong模式标本存华南农业大学昆虫标本室.

The present paper deals with 31 species of Phlaeothripinae collected from Xishuangbanna of Yunnan Province,Among them,two species Lecmcenia flovicornata Zhang et Tong,Praepodothrips yunnancnsis Zhang et Tong were described as new to science,and one species.Xylaplothrips pictipes(Bagnall)was recoreded as new to China. Type specimens and other specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of South China Agricultural University.Leeuicenia flavicornata sp. nov. (Fig 1:1-8)Female, Total body length 3. 8 mm (distended). Body dark brown, but fore tibiae, middle and hind tibiae on basal half, all tarsi yellow. Antenna yellowish except segment Ⅰ brown and segment Ⅱ yellowish brown. Head with irregularly reticultions, about 1. 5 times as long as wide, straight and parallel on sides, distinctly notched behind eyes. Forewing without diplicated cillia.Male: Body length 3. 2 -3. 4 mm (distended). General color and structure similarto female except body smaller. Host plant: Fagus sp. Holotype ♀ ,Jinghong, Yunnan Province 11- Ⅳ -1987, Zhang Weiqiu leg, on Fagus sp. Allotype ♂ , Paratypes 7♀♀,3♂♂ ,collected with the holotype.This new species is similar to L. taicanensiss Takahashi, 1936,but it can be distinguished from the latter by the following features..Antennal segments Ⅱ -Ⅷ yellowish; the major setae of pronotum blunt at apex;tube slender, about 3. 1 times as long as head and length/ width (across widest) about 11. 0. In L. taicianensis .moreover, antenna] segmentsⅡ -Ⅷ brown on the distal half parts the major setae of pronotum pointed at apex;tube about 2. 4 times and length/ width(across wldest)about 7. 7.Prue podcthrips yonanensis sp. nov. (Figs 2 : 1-9)Female: Body length 2. 0 mm (distended). Body brown except fore tibiae and all tarsi yellowish. Aniennal segments Ⅱ-Ⅳ each with 2(1 + 1) sensecones. Postocular setae and the major setae of pronotum pointed at apex, forewing with 5-6 duplicated cillia.Male, Body smaller than female,length 1. 8-1. 9 mm,color and general structure similar to female. Host plant: Miscanthus sinensis Anderss and Perotis indica(L. )Holotype ♀,Jinghong, Yunnan Province. 12-Ⅳ-1987, Zhang Weiqiu leg, on Miscanthus sinensis. Allolype ♂ , paratypes 7 ♀♀ , 1 ♂ .same data PS holotype.The genus Praepodothrips Priesner & Seshadri, 1952 was the first record in China. The new species is closely related to P. priesneri Ananthakrishnan, 1955, but it can be easily distinguished from the latter by the postocular setae and the major setae of pronotum pointed at apex.
