The ink jet stencil technology, one of the most advanced screen-making technology without stencil-plate, can increase fineness and velocity of stenciling, and also can reduce production cost. In this paper, the mechanism, technical characteristics and application of ink jet stencil, as well as the property of SL 501 ink were chiefly introduced.
