摘要
采用问卷调查法、走访座谈法、实地考察法和逻辑分析法等方法.从体育市场监督管理学的角度,对建立我国体育市场监督管理体制若干基本理论和模式的构想进行了初步研究.认为建立我国的体育市场监督管理体制,在处理好政府与市场关系的基础上,必须遵循统一原则、权威原则和高效原则3个原则,并兼顾市场特点、国家经济安全需要、改革的进展和市监督管理职能的界定4个因素.在综合考虑体育市场监督管理机构设置、隶属关系、权限划分等所要遵循的原则,以及我国的现实相关因素基础上,应尽快建立我国体育市场监督管理体制,使我国体育市监督管理体制能有效地促进体育市场经济的健康发展.
Through methods of questionare,walking visit,an on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis,the research on establishing the supervision and management sgstem model of sports market in china is conducted.Main conclusion:To establish the management system of sports market in China, we should handle the relation between government and the market first.Furthermore, we must obey three principles:unification, authority and efficiency,and wemust pay attention to four factors:the market management, the need of national economy, the progress of reform and the definition of the function of the market management. Some principles should be obeyed to establish the market organization of sports, the relation of belonging to and dividing the legal power and some realistic and related factors.We should establish the management system of sports market as soon as possible in china in order to make the sports market economy develop healthily.
