摘要
在分析中国能源特点的基础上,论述了洁净煤技术的内涵,提出了中国洁净煤的设想,阐述了清洁煤炭加工和转化过程的关键技术问题,提出了中国洁净煤战略实施的科学根据和技术装备。
On the basis of analyzing the China energy characteristics, the paper discusses the meaning of clean coal technique, offers the concept of the clean coal in China, deals with the key technique problem of the clean coal processing and conversion and highlights the scientific basis and technical equipment required for launching out clean coal strategy in China.
