鲤鱼抗菌精蛋白的分离纯化及鉴定

摘要 以鲤鱼鱼白为原料,采用SephadexG-50凝胶过滤和CMSepharoseCL-6B离子交换层析成功地分离、纯化得到一种具有抑菌活性的蛋白质。经反相高效液相色谱、Tricine-SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续电泳鉴定及氨基酸组成成分分析,表明该蛋白质为单一组分,分子量为15320Da,其碱性氨基酸总量为40.76%。 Using Sephadex G-50 gel filtration chromatography and CM Sepharose CL-6 B ion exchange chromatography, a kind of protein with antibacterial activity was successfully separated and purified from cypriniod sperm. After analysis by RP-HPLC, Tricine-SDS-PAGE and amino acidic composition analyzing, it was found that the protein was a single component with a molecular weight of 15320 daltons(Da) and a total basic animal acid content of 40.76%.
