摘要
作者分别采用4种方法:①胸骨旁左室长轴切面测二尖瓣环前后径(a);②心尖四腔心切面测瓣环横径(b);分别以a或b按圆面积法计算瓣环面积;③以a和两径按椭圆形面积法及④左室短轴切面直接测量二尖瓣口面积法等测量了55例健康成人跨二尖瓣血流横截面积,以脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)记录上述相应部位的血流频谱,计算出跨二尖瓣血流量。以PDE检出的主动脉瓣环处的血流量作为评价标准,对上述4种方法加以对照比较。结果显示:利用二尖瓣环前后径和横径按椭圆形面积法计算瓣环面积,所获跨二尖瓣血流量准确,重复性好,为临床提供了一种简便、实用的二尖瓣流量检测方法。
The aim of this study is tofind an accurate and simple method for mea-suring the transmitral flow by pulsed Dop-pler echocardiography (PDE). Four parame-ters were measured: (1) ateroposterior di-mension of the mitral valve annulus(MVA)(a); (2)mediolateral dimension of MVA(b);(3) a and b of MVA to calculate the areaof MVA (elliptical method); (4) the areaof the mitral valve orifice (MVO). Thetransmitral flow calculated by the use of(3) and (4) were compared with the aorticblood flow.The findings suggested that theMVA calculated with elliptical method isaccurate and simple in measuring thetransmitral flow.
