Experience with Hepatic Resection for central Primary Liver Carcinoma (CPLC) —Report of 17 cases. The central primary liver carcinoma is not at all rare. The operative risk is high and the operation itself is difficult. The experiences and lessons gathered from 17 liver resections for this type of lesion, combined with the review of literatures, the method of operative treatment was submitted with certain discussions.
