摘要 介绍了利用再结晶型控轧及快速冷却工艺 (RCR +ACC)生产厚 10~ 18mmQ34 5B中厚板的试验研究概况。结果显示 ,与传统控轧及快速冷却工艺相比 ,采用RCR +ACC工艺生产的中厚板 ,不仅力学性能可满足国家标准要求 ,而且小时产量高 。 The testing of producing 10~18mm gauges plate with recrystallization controlled rolling and accelerating cooling technology was simply introduced.The results show that the mechanical performances and productivity of per hour were improved and cost was decreased compared with conventional controlled rolling technology.
