摘要
为生产高强度级别的 4 6 0MPa英标钢筋 ,济钢根据生产实际 ,进行了合理的成分设计和工艺设计。实践表明 ,利用钒微合金化并实施再结晶轧制工艺 ,能生产出综合性能优良的Gr4 6 0高强度钢筋 ,钒不仅能显著提高钢筋的强度 。
In order to produce high strength 460MPa reinforced bar which accord with the UK standard,the chemical composition and technology were designed by Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co. Practical production show that the products synthetical performances are good by V micro-alloying and recrystalization rolling technology. The element of V can not only increase the strength but also improve the elongation and the ration of strength and yield.
