摘要
分析了线材精轧系统出现电气跳闸而相应的飞剪、卡断剪不能及时准确联动的原因 ,提出了修改跳闸信号的选取方式和PLC联动程序的解决办法 。
The flying shear and snap shear can not work immediately when the electric drive system turnoff in the wire finishing rolling. So.,the resolution measures were put forward and the good effects were obtained.
