摘要
电位扫描和电解实验证明,铂电极上Ag^+离子在硝酸介质中对Ce(Ⅲ)和在硫酸介质对Co(Ⅱ)的阳极氧化都有明显的电催化作用,对于Ag^+-Ce(Ⅲ)系统,当[Ag^+]:[Ce(Ⅲ)]=1:10时,反应受扩散控制,而当[Ag^+]:[Ce(Ⅱ)]=1:100,则表现为均相化学反应控制.对该系统提出了可能的反应机理,并估计了其中均相化学反应的速度常数.二相电解实验表明,银离子的存在可使蒽或苯甲醇电解氧化的电流效率明显增加.
The potemtial sweep and electrolytic experiments indicate that Ag(Ⅰ) is a very efficient catalyst for the anodic oxidation of Ce(Ⅲ) in nitric acid and of Co(Ⅱ) in sulphuric acid media at the platinium electrode. For the Ag (Ⅰ)-Ce (Ⅲ) system the catalystic reaction is controlled diffusionally when[Ag+]:[Ce(Ⅰ)]=1:10,but it is controlled by the homogeneous chemical reaction when [Ag+]:[Ce(Ⅲ)]=1:100. A possible mechanism for the system is postulated and the rate constant of the homogeneous chemical reaction in the process is estimated. the two-phase electrolyses show that in the presence of Ag (Ⅰ),the current efficiency for the oxidation of anthracene and benzyl alcohol can be increased obviously.
