The constitute and principle were presented. A new counting and controlling circuit for bituminous pavement electric compaction device was designed, it focused on the fact that other products are subject to disturbance and reset. With this circuit, a new kind of counting and controlling apparatus was developed. Its qualities, such as reliability, anti-jamming and simple circuit arrangement have been proved experimentally and practically.
