摘要
本文报导一种产生纳秒量级(1~3)ns的高功率脉冲激光技术,把调Q、削波和光放大三个单元技术合为一体,用一个振荡器来完成,获得具有最大能量和良好稳定性的单脉冲激光或序列脉冲激光输出,文章对这种激光器的工作原理、理论及技术关键进行了论述并给出了简明的原理图解和实现线路.
This article introduces the technology used to produce nanosecond (1-3) ns high power laser pulse. The three kinds of technology-Q-switchtng,wave clip and Hght amplification were com-bined using one oscillator. The laser output of single pulse or array pulse which have highest power and good stability were obtained. This paper discusses the work principle,theory,and key technology about this kind of laser. Principle figures and practical circuits are given.
