Research on Performance of Lock-up Clutch Based on Rotating Speed Testing

通过对某型履带车辆行星转向机闭锁离合器在不同工作状态下的输入输出瞬时转速的检测,以离合器传速比构造特征量,分析其工作性能状况,提出了一种对行星转向机闭锁离合器在不解体条件下性能检测的新方法,试验结果证明该方法行之有效.

A new measure to solve this problem in performance testing of clutches has been presented. The input and output rotating speed of clutches in planetary steering gears was measured, using the electromagnetism sensors and photoelectric sensors. We can estimate the work performance of clutches through analyzing the rotating speed in different work states.
