高中生工作效率周期节律的实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE PERIODICAL RHYTHM OF WORKING EFFICIENCY IN THE SENIOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT

摘要 本工作对54名17—18岁高二住校生(男35名,女19名)在每天7时、10时,15时、19时共进行4次工作效率的测定.星期一至六,连续6天.研究表明:高中生工作效率在一日内,在一周内有明显的周期节律性变化.工作效率的日周期节律可分为4类:1)混合型,占测试总天数的60.8%;2)夜间型,占16.0%;3)昼间型,占6.2%;4)无高峰型,占4.9%.工作效率的周周期节律可分为3类:1)星期二高峰型,占全体被试的38.9%;2)星期三高峰型,占40.7%;3)星期四高峰型,占11.1%.上述各类日,周周期节律形成的原因,尚有待于进一步研究. The subjects were fifty-four 17-or 18-years-old middle school boarding students(35 males and 19 females). Every morning at 7 and 10 o'clock and every afternoon at 3 and 7 o'clock working efficiency was determined. The determination lasted six days (Monday through Saturday). This research indicates that working efficiency of a person exhibits regular changes periodically in a day and in a week. Daily cycle of working efficiency is divided into four groups. the first is mixed pattern,60.8% of total days;the second is night pattern,16.0%;the third morning pat-tern.6.2%;and the fourth non-peak pattern,4.9%. Weekly cycle of working efficiency is divided into three groups. The first is Tuesday-peak pattern,38.9% of total subjects;the second Wednesday-peak pattern,40.7%;and the third Thursday-peak,11.1%. Reasons of these pe-riodical rhythms need further research.
