摘要
本实验采用He—Ne激光照射罗氏沼虾.不同的功率密度和照射方式,对幼虾生长.同功酶变化及神经分泌细胞的超微结构有不同影响.适当的功率密度及照射方式,对幼虾生长发育及生化反应有促进作用;不适宜的功率密度及照射方式则对生长具有抑制作用,甚至有致死效应.本实验选用的功率密度有两组.Ⅰ.11.70mW/cm^2,19.50mW/cm^2,0mW/cm^2.每次照射30秒,隔天照射一次;Ⅱ.5.73mW/cm^2,9.55mW/cm^2,0mW/cm^2,隔5天照射一次,每次60秒.实验结果表明,第1组实验,提高了酯酶活力,而对肌蛋白和苹果酸脱氢酶活力有抑制作用,照射组幼虾全部5—6天内死亡.第2组实验则对3者活力均有提高,幼虾生长正常,照射组幼虾的脑神经分泌较对照组旺盛.
In the present experiment,He-Ne laser was used to irradiate shrimp M. rosenbergii. The biologi-cal effects of laser irradiation were studied by means of isoenzyme analysis and transmission elec-tronic microscope. In the experiment, it was found that biological effects were related to ways, dosages and other factors. It would stimulate growth and development,enhance biochemical reac-tions and metabolism by using suitable laser irradiation. On the other hand, unsuitable dosages would be inhibiting or even fatal.
