摘要
本文主要研究黄铜、不同形状的石墨和不同基体的铸铁在切削时,其切屑形成过程中第二相的形貌变化。提出,由于第二相性能、形貌的不同,使金属在切削过程中所需的切削力不同,其切屑的形态也不同.
The author made a study on the shape changein in the second phase during chip (?)rmation in metal cutting.The metals include brass and cast-iron with graphite of different (?)ape and different matrices.A view is thus advanced:with the change of performance and harp during the second phase of chip formation,the cutting force of metal cutting and chip harp will be changed correspondingly.
