摘要
用连续萃取器使含果汁软饮料中的苯甲酸及其钠盐,获得萃取分离的最优条件及其测定结果,其回收率为94—97%,变异系数0.78—4.4%.
For separating benzoie acid and its sodium salts from soft drinks containing fruit juice by a successive extractor and a sublimator and determining them,the author describes the optimal condition of separation and the results of determination.It shows a recovery of 94-97% and a variation coefficient of 0.78%—4.4%.
