牙鲆肠道内产蛋白酶菌的分离与筛选 被引量:9

摘要 利用酪蛋白培养基和脱脂乳培养基 ,从健康牙鲆肠道筛选出 2 5株产蛋白酶的益生菌 ,占健康牙鲆肠道菌群的 17 7% ,并利用福林 酚试剂法测定其酶活力。结果表明 ,2 5株菌具有产蛋白酶酶活力 ,其中E14、F1、G7和Y2 2株产酶活力特别强 。 Based on the microecological principles,some bacterial stains were isolated and screened from the autochthonous flora of flounders intestine with the common medium and selective medium for the screening of proteinase-producing bacteria. 25 strains were screened to produce proteinase by casein enzyme-produced assay and skimmed milk enzyme-produced assay.In their further study,proteinase activity of strains after cultured 24 h in 25 ℃ were determined by Folin-phenol method.It was indicated that 25 strains had proteinase activity,in particularly E14,F1,G7 and Y2-2.It was demonstrated that some of these strains after further study would be used in flounder as ecological preparation with study on its biological characterization and dereaseing death rate.
