白带中白色念珠菌致病性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨女性生殖道分泌物 (白带 )中白色念珠菌的致病性 ,评价其在白带中分离的临床意义。方法 对重庆医科大学第二临床学院 2 0 0 2年 1月~ 2 0 0 3年 12月 30 0株白带分离的白色念珠菌进行蛋白酶测定 ,并从蛋白酶活力高、中、低中分别选 2株作血管内皮细胞毒力和粘附性测定。结果  30 0株白色念珠菌全部检出蛋白酶 ,其中蛋白酶活力高为 2 4 9株 ,占 83 0 % ;中等活力 38株 ,占 12 7% ;低等活力 13株 ,占 4 3%。细胞毒力试验表明蛋白酶活力高 ,细胞毒性强 ,蛋白酶活力与毒力呈正相关 (r=0 994 6、P <0 0 1) ;细胞粘附试验表明蛋白酶活力高 ,粘附能力强 ,蛋白酶活力与粘附呈正相关 (r=0 994 4、P <0 0 1)。结论 蛋白酶是白色念珠菌重要的毒力因子 ,蛋白酶活力可直接反映其毒力 ,蛋白酶活力与其粘附直接相关。白带中白色念珠菌具有致病性 。 Objective To understand pathogenicity and clinical significance in leucorrhea specimen.Methods Acid proteinase of the 300 Candida albicans strains were detected on milk-agar plate from 2002.1 to 2003.12.According to different level of acid proteinase activity(high,middle,low),6 strains were selected to determine the cytotoxicity and adhesiveness by blood vessel endothelial cells.Results All of 300 strains could be detected proteinase.There were 249 strains high-proteinase-activity,accouting for 83.0%,38 strains middle-proteinase-activity,accouting for 12.7%,and 13 strains low-proteinase-activity,accouting for 4.3%.Cytotoxicity and adhesiveness tests showed that they were associated with a directly positive correlation between them and proteinase-activity(r=0.9946、P<0.01;r=0.9944、P<0.01).Conclusion These results indicated that acid proteinase was a putative virulence factor for Candida albicans.Proteinase activity could be used as the direct parameter for virulence of Candida albicans.There was a directly correlation between proteinase activity and adhesiveness.Candida albicans had pathogenicity and clinical significance in leucorrhea specimen.
