摘要
目的 探讨酵母菌纸片扩散法的临床适用性。方法 分别采用E test法、法国梅里埃ATBFungs酵母菌药敏试验与K B纸片法 ,检测念珠菌的体外药物敏感率 ,比较其差异显著性。结果 K B纸片法和E test法同时监测伊曲康唑 (IT)、氟康唑 (FL)。 2种药物的符合率为 96 8%、10 0 % ,其敏感率比较 88% / 85 %、98 4 % / 98 4 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;K B纸片法和法国梅里埃ATBFungs酵母菌药敏试验法对制霉菌素 (NYS)、酮康唑 (KET)、益康唑 (ECO)和咪康唑 (MIC)这 4种药物药敏结果的符合率分别为 10 0 %、10 0 %、91 2 %和 93 6 % ,敏感率比较 10 0 % /10 0 %、83 2 % / 83 2 %、70 % / 6 2 %和 6 8% / 71% ,差异也无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 K
Objective To surrey the clinical value of drug sensitivity test of Canchda by Kirby-Bauer paper flakes diffusiion method.Methods E-test assay,ATB Fungus bioMeieux France and kirby-Bauer paper flakes diffusion difference of these three methods.Results To compare the suseeptivity rate of K-B paper and E-test in two drugs itraconazole(IT) and fluconazole(FL),the result showed that there was no significance difference (P>0.05,88%/85%,98.4%/98.4%) between two methods.Comparing the susceptivity rate of K-B paperand ATB Fungus in four drugs nystatin(NYS),ketoconazole(KET),enconazole(ECO)and miconazole(MIC),there was no significance difference also(P>0.05,100%/100%,83.2%/83.2%,70%/62%,68%/71%).Conclusion Kirby-Bauer paper flakes diffusion method could be used in the drug sensitivity test of Candida.
