高速直喷式柴油机高原工况模拟放热规律的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用等腰三角形加韦伯函数模型拟合高速直喷式柴油机的放热规律,建立了高原模拟放热规律关系式。根据这些关系,还采用工作过程循环模拟计算程序,计算了部分高原工况柴油机的示功图及性能、等过量空气系数时其性能随大气压力的变化关系和高原下负荷特性。同时还给出了它们与试验结果的比较。 A relation curve of simulation heat release rate at high altitude is set up by adopting heat release rate model for high spoed DI diesel engine fitted isosceles triangle with Weibe function.Based on the relation using the cyclic simulating program of working process for ICE,in this paper several indicator diagrams and characteristics of diesel engine at high altitude,under condition of constant excess air ratio characteri- stics varied with atmospheric pressure,load characteristic at high altitude have been calculated and presented.Simultaneously comparison between calculation and test resu- lts is also shown.
