RMR-based Network Fault Management System Using Multiple Mobile Agents

随着网络规模的急剧扩大和结构的日趋复杂化 ,将移动代理引入到网络五大管理模块之一的网络故障管理提供了很好的思路 ,克服了很多传统网络故障管理难以克服的问题 .介绍了三个不同类型的移动代理 ,而为了与传统的SNMP网络管理协议相衔接 ,将移动代理和SNMP代理相接合 ,并引入人工智能技术 ,进一步增加了故障管理系统的灵活性和智能性 .提出了一种基于规则的多代理协作的具有智能性的网络故障管理系统 ,并初步验证了它的有效性 .

With the development of communication network, the network has been more complex and widely used. The mobile agents could overcome the difficulties of the traditional network, which is one of the five management functions. Three types of mobile agents are presented in this paper in order to provide fault management function. In order to enhance the flexibility and intelligence of the fault management system, the mobile agents are integrated with the SNMP, and the intelligent technologies are introduced. The intelligent RBR-based network fault management system using multiple mobile agents is put forward and the effectiveness is validated.
