唇腭裂术后牙颌畸形早期防治的远期疗效评价

Evaluation of The Early Prevention and Treatment of Dentomaxillary Deformity in Operated Cleft Lip and Palate:Long Term Results

对已接受牙颌畸形早期防治的完全性唇腭裂术后患者与未受治者及正常(牙合)青少年的牙(牙合)石膏模型、头颅定位正位和侧位X线片测量分析对比,评价唇腭裂早期防治的远期疗效。结果表明:唇腭裂术后牙颌畸形的早期防治,刺激和促进了上颌及上牙弓的生长,未受治的末后患者上颌及上牙弓的生长受到极度的抑制。早期防治是唇腭裂综合治疗的可靠而有效的措施之一。

The subsequent effect of prevention and early treatment of dentomaxillary deformity in operated cleft lip andpalate was studied with dental model and cephalometric analysis.Comparisons with noncleft and operated cleft lipand palate but untreated by any orthodontic measure were made.The results showed that the growth of maxilla andupper dental arch of treated group had been stimulated and that of untreated group had been severely inhibited.So,the prevention and early treatment in operated cleft lip and palate is very important and it is one of reliable and ef-fective measures in comprehensive treatment of operated cleft lip and palate patients.This treatment measureshould be promoted.
