摘要 采用正交设计的方法比较了龈沟液(GCF)中,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性与牙龈指数(GI)和牙周袋深度(PD)间的关系,并比较了 GCF 中 LDH 的二种表达方式,即单位牙的 LDH 活性(LDH/牙)和单位GCF 的 LDH 活性(LDH/GCF)。结果显示,单位 GCF 的 LDH 活性不受 GCF 流量的影响,能较客观地反映其与临床指标间的关系。GCF 中 LDH 的活性随临床病变程度的加重有增加的趋势,而 LDH/GCF主要能够反映患病部位与相对正常部位炎症程度的差别。 Special attention has been paid on the biochemical marks in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)as a active period di-agnosis of periodontal disease.This paper adopted a method of orthogonal design to compare the activity of lacticdehydrogenase(LDH)and clinic parameters(GI and PD).In the mean time the two expressions of LDH in GCF(LDH/GCF and LDH/tooth)have been compared.The result shows that the LDH/GCF is not affected by theamount of GCF.It can reflect more objectively the relation between the activity of LDH and clinic parameters.There is a trend to show that LDH activity increases with degree of inflammation.Acurrately,LDH/GCF can re-flect mainly the difference between defect position and relatively normal position.
